**Responsibilities**:

- **Website Lead Management & Qualification**:

- Monitor website inquiries (contact forms, quote requests, etc.) and promptly follow up with potential leads.
- Qualify website leads based on defined criteria and route them appropriately to the sales team.
- Implement strategies to optimize website lead capture and conversion rates.
- **Data Research and List Building**:

- Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads aligned with UPBS's target audience for digital marketing and website services.
- Utilize various online resources, databases, and tools to gather accurate and up-to-date contact information.
- Develop and execute nurture sequences for existing leads to educate them about UPBS's offerings and move them further down the sales funnel.
- **LinkedIn Marketing (Good to Have)**:

- Develop and implement lead generation strategies utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other LinkedIn marketing tools to target relevant professionals interested in digital marketing and website services (if experienced).
- Conduct targeted outreach to potential leads on LinkedIn based on defined criteria (if experienced).
- Engage with prospects on LinkedIn through personalized messaging and relevant content sharing (if experienced).
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives and sales targets.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Analyze data to identify trends, optimize campaign performance, and provide insights for future lead generation strategies focused on digital marketing and website services.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and qualifying **website-generated leads**.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and website development services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using online research tools and databases.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding lead generation targets.
- **Experience with LinkedIn marketing and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a significant plus.**:

- Familiarity with CRM systems and website analytics tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,138.83 - ₹32,388.06 per month
