**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
- Provide accurate information to callers and direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image.
- Receive and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and basic accounting principles is desirable.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
