Operations Executive

We are looking for an experienced Operations Executive who has expertise in vendor management, vendor coordination, and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop to support our operations
**Vendor Relationship Management**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
**Order Management & Coordination**: Oversee the procurement and delivery of event materials from vendors, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to project specifications.
**Issue Resolution**:Address any vendor-related issues or discrepancies promptly, ensuring that any challenges are resolved with mínimal impact to the project timeline or budget.
**Logistics Planning**:Coordinate logistics for the transportation of decoration items to event venues, ensuring that all materials arrive on time and in excellent condition.
**Site Coordination**:Work closely with event managers and the design team to ensure that the setup and breakdown of decorations at event locations are executed according to the project timeline and client expectations.
**Inventory Management**:Oversee the inventory of materials and decorations, ensuring proper storage, regular maintenance, and availability for upcoming events.
**Adobe Photoshop Support**:MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THIS.
**Design Mockups**:Create digital design mockups, layouts, and visual presentations for client proposals using Adobe Photoshop, showcasing decoration ideas and event setups.
**Photo Editing**:Edit and enhance event photos for client presentations, marketing materials, and social media content to highlight the quality of our work.
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Design, or a related field is preferred.
**Experience**:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations, vendor management, or event coordination, preferably within the event decoration or design industry.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, including editing images, and generating digital assets for client proposals and presentations.
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
