The Data Entry & Process Coordinator Executive is responsible for accurately entering, managing, and processing data within the company's systems while ensuring seamless coordination of various operational processes. The role requires attention to detail, timely completion of data entry tasks, and collaboration with different departments to streamline operational workflows.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry & Management**:

- Accurately enter and update data in company databases and systems, ensuring that all information is correct and up-to-date.
- Verify and cross-check information for errors or inconsistencies.
- Maintain organized records and files for easy retrieval.
- **Process Coordination**:

- Coordinate with various departments (such as finance, sales, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of operational processes.
- Monitor and track the progress of different processes, identifying bottlenecks and working to resolve them.
- Assist in process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate reports based on data entry activities and process status updates.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management, highlighting key data and process outcomes.
- Ensure that all documentation is well-organized and accessible for audit or reference purposes.
- **Communication & Coordination**:

- Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate smooth communication and ensure that all processes are aligned.
- Respond to queries related to data and processes from internal teams in a timely manner.
- Provide assistance in scheduling, tracking deadlines, and ensuring that tasks are completed as per the timeline.
- **Process Monitoring & Improvement**:

- Continuously monitor operational processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Suggest and implement improvements to streamline processes and reduce errors in data handling.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work with teams to update SOPs when needed.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data entry, administration, or process coordination roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ERP systems or workflow management software is a plus.

- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and process optimization.
- Flexibility to adapt to new systems and procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
