**Description: Data Entry Operator (Fresher)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately input, update, and maintain data into company databases and systems.
- Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and electronic.
- Retrieve data as requested by team members or management.
- Follow data entry protocols and ensure data confidentiality.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries from entered data.
- Communicate effectively with team members for clarification or data-related concerns.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- **Typing Speed**: Minimum of [X words per minute] with a high level of accuracy.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong focus on accuracy and precision in work.
- **Time Management**: Ability to meet deadlines and handle large volumes of data.
- **Problem-Solving**: Basic troubleshooting and analytical skills for data discrepancies.
- **Team Collaboration**: Good interpersonal skills to work in a team environment.
