Role: Tele Caller Executive
- Location: Koregaon Park Road, Pune

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year experience** in relevant field is preferred.
- Freshers may also apply.
- **Language proficiency**: English, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal communication; a good listener; willing to serve customer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering calls and resolving queries about products
- Lead conversion - pre-approved loan products
- Collection of lead data from existing or potential customers on Products other than pre-approved loans.
- Conveying verbal acknowledgments of offers to Sales group for closing the leads.
- Keep up quality service by adhering to organizational guidelines.
- Reaching potential or existing clients to advise them about product description and offers and campaigns utilizing pre-defined scripts.
- Obtaining customer feed-back and handling queries & complaints, if any

**Salary: ₹15,400.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month**
