Sales Assistant

Role Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Staff to join our team. As a Sales Staff member at Asics, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience by providing outstanding customer service, promoting our products, and achieving sales targets. You will be an ambassador for the Asics brand, helping customers find the right products that meet their needs, whether they are athletes or casual wearers.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence:
Greet and assist customers with product selections and recommendations.
Provide knowledgeable advice on Asics products, including footwear, apparel, and accessories.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Sales & Product Promotion:
Meet and exceed sales targets by engaging with customers and promoting products.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable product solutions.
Participate in store promotions, sales events, and product launches.
Store Maintenance:
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Ensure stock levels are accurate and well-displayed on the shop floor.
Assist in stock replenishment, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
Brand Representation:
Represent Asics' brand values and culture with passion and professionalism.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the latest Asics products, technologies, and brand story.
Share product knowledge with customers, ensuring they understand the benefits and features.
Team Collaboration:
Work effectively with the store team to achieve overall store goals.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and motivated store environment.
Qualifications:
Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in sportswear or footwear.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for sports, fitness, and the Asics brand.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the brand.
