**Overview of Our Organization**

We are a Healthcare Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) firm based in the United States, providing back-office support for healthcare professionals located in the United States. Our office is situated at 28-29, Prem Heights, Ajit Nagar, 2nd Floor, near Leela Bhavan, Patiala.

Currently, we employ over 170+ individuals who work night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours, specifically from 6 PM to 3 AM Indian Time. Our establishment in Patiala commenced in 2021, and over the past three years, we have experienced significant growth and are continuously expanding our workforce.

**Requirements for Employment**

2. A basic typing proficiency of 20 words per minute is mandated.

3. Interviews are conducted at our Leela Bhawan office, which includes a typing test, an aptitude assessment, and a communication evaluation.

4. Applicants must be willing to commit to night shifts, as our operations strictly follow U.S. time zones.

**Employee Benefits**

1. We maintain a five-day work week, with Saturdays and Sundays designated as days off.

2. Our schedule includes only U.S. holidays, as we do not observe Indian public holidays.

3. We provide comprehensive training for newly hired employees, with an initial remuneration of INR 12k per month during the training period.

4. After three months of employment, we conduct a performance assessment to evaluate knowledge and skill, with potential remuneration increased to INR 15k per month.

5. As a growing organization, we offer advancement opportunities, enabling employees to progress to middle management and train others, ultimately leading to team leadership roles.
