Providing vacation relief as necessary for the transfill operators
- Ensure the team work to budgetary and policy constraints, the relevant contract terms, conditions and specification
- Be the main link between the local management team and front line services and represent any partnerships with the business sector
- Ensure all required site administration is accurate and current
- Promote and drive continual improvement and innovative ideas
- Monitor and analyse field operative performance, including output and work quality, to ensure efficient and profitable delivery of work
- Have an understanding of the value of each job and what is allowed in the rate for the completion of each task
- Ensures customer needs are met and high quality service is delivered through a variety of means, including staff meeting or exceeding service levels and through monitoring of the performance, productivity, attendance records and measuring and reporting on performance metrics
- Sets up and presents at customer business review meetings
- Evaluates employees’ training needs, identifies possible solutions and arranges for needed training and developmen

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
