**Job Purpose**:

- Create go-to-market plans aimed at user acquisition & retention, revenue generation
- Lead growth hacking for customer engagement on UPI

Chalk out new strategies & execute plans to boost spends and topline metrics on UPI
- **Job Responsibilities.**

**Marketing strategy**
- Defining initiatives in-alignment with overall Bank strategy for PayZapp & UPI
- Defining key metrics for product performance
- Benchmarking against competition and innovating new strategies for adoption

**Driving key business metrics through growth hacking strategies**
- Drive Early activation on PayZapp: To Drive Early activation on PayZapp customer segment through continuous portfolio programs & customer offerings by effective use of various tools such as Adobe, Appsflyer & traditional campaign marketing medium.
- To drive Spends & Transactions on FY Sourced on PayZapp: To drive spends & transactions on FY Sourced customer segment of Payzapp Platform through continuous portfolio programs & customer offerings by effective use of multiple channels of the bank & digital media.

**Create seamless customer experience through best-in-class processes**
- Ideating process
- Benchmarking customer user journey with other UPI apps
- Frictionless payment journey for UPI
- Designing interactive customer support for resolving queries and concerns

**P & L**
- Build and monitor PNL in coordination with Finance
- Budget exercise towards defining cost & revenue streams

- Exposure to payment /banking industry would be a plus
