1. Training need analysis - Conduct training need analysis and identify skill gap and competency gap across the organization. Use multiple methods of need analysis and validate the findings with functional managers/leads.

2. Conduct, coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops and seminar for all level of employees across organization.

3. Carry out training evaluation using multiple methods such as observation, feedback, surveys, assessments and other improvement methods.

4. Ensure timely completion of targeted training manhours for each function/business unit and maintain T&D MIS, dashboards and thereby ensure timely tracking and reporting.

5. Training module - Design and develop training modules based on business requirement. With special focus on service, sales, technical, functional and behavioral training modules.

6. Work along side Head of HR for designing and implementation of campus trainee program (MT, GET, Sales, Hospitality)

7. Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as need to supplement internal training capabilities.

8. Have a knowledge in Sales Training also

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Presentation skills: 4 years (required)
- Communication skills: 4 years (required)
- Training & development: 4 years (preferred)
- sales training: 1 year (required)
- Hospitality: 4 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Kochi, Kerala (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (required)
