Job description
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Deliver high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to the client, with agreed SLAs.
- Manage end to end requirement of clients - right from gathering requirements, effective outcome from respective team member/s, final deployment and invoices.
- Endorse client satisfaction and increase in business revenue with the existing clients
- Managing day to day issues, flag and mitigate them and manage escalations.
- Handle regular communication with the client and build relationship with them for the future delivery.
- Analyze the related reports of the departments to observe trends and introduce improvements.
- Prepare for and conduct business reviews with client to obtain feedback and define/redefine order fulfilment
We are Expecting:
A professional with an ability to think critically, document factually and stay focused on the business and business requirements
- Good communication (Verbal and Written) and interpersonal skills.
- Proven knowledge of the client management practices.
- Experience in delivering client
- focused solutions to client needs.
- Experience in working with Talent solutions and Learning based projects.
- Good presentation and convincing skills through virtual meetings and webinar.
- Strong knowledge on conducting interviews and shortlisting profiles to ensure client success.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bangalore City, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
