We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic HDM4 Trainer to join our team on a part-time basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver training sessions on HDM4 software to individuals or groups of participants, ensuring content is engaging, informative, and tailored to the audience's needs.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises that effectively convey the features, functionalities, and best practices of HDM4 software.
- Provide guidance and support to participants as they navigate the HDM4 interface, interpret analysis results, and troubleshoot issues.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using HDM4 software and effectively teach participants how to utilize its various modules for road network analysis, planning, and management.
- Customize training content to address specific requirements or challenges faced by participants, incorporating real-world examples and case studies where applicable.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and updates in HDM4 software, incorporating new features and enhancements into training curriculum as appropriate.
- Assess participant learning outcomes and provide constructive feedback to support their professional development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and knowledge sharing among participants.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and feedback to track progress and evaluate training effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience delivering technical training or instruction, preferably in a classroom or workshop setting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of participants.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt training content and delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles and skill levels.
- Availability to teach classes on a part-time basis, including evenings or weekends as needed.
- Passion for education and a commitment to helping transportation professionals enhance their skills and expertise.
- Familiarity with transportation planning and asset management principles and practices is desirable but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master’s degree or PhD in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification or formal training in HDM4 software administration or usage.
- Experience working in the transportation sector, particularly in road infrastructure planning, design, or management.
- Familiarity with other transportation software tools or platforms commonly used in the industry.
- Knowledge of industry standards and guidelines related to road asset management and maintenance.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹39,736.57 per month
