We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Duck Creek Trainer to join our team on a part-time basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct online training sessions on Duck Creek software for employees or clients.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, exercises, and hands-on labs, to facilitate learning.
- Customize training content based on the specific needs and skill levels of participants.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and recommend improvements or additional sessions as necessary.
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Duck Creek software to incorporate into training sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Duck Creek Trainer or similar role, with a strong understanding of Duck Creek software and its modules.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in conducting online training sessions using platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive training materials.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to conduct training sessions during flexible hours to accommodate different time zones if required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification or formal training in Duck Creek software.
- Experience in insurance domain or related industries.
- Familiarity with other insurance software platforms and technologies.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 9 per week
