They will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining program health dashboards, implementing governance processes, reviewing projects for quality assurance, tracking customer satisfaction, managing workflows, and monitoring risks throughout the project lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** **Build and maintain program health dashboards to surface key metrics that can be utilized across various stakeholder communities.
- Implement robust governance processes to ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Review projects from quality aspects, ensuring quality assurance and process excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track customer satisfaction survey data and collaborate with relevant teams to address feedback and improve service delivery.
- Monitor workflows related to delivery excellence, including project delivery, planning, and reporting, and identify areas for optimization.
- Maintain a risk register and monitor various stages of risk assessment to proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of delivery processes and best practices.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in project management, delivery excellence, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of governance frameworks, quality assurance processes, and risk management principles.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or equivalent.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
