Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, Financial PMO

In this role, the candidate will be leading the PMO for a major client project. He will also be involved in financial tracking

Responsibilities

.Led team to manage PMO and financial operation of %24100Mn+s account in Hi-Tech vertical

.Managing entire P&L projection considering factors like upcoming renewals, growth, cost optimization plan

.Tracking key indicators like Billable vs Non-Billable Headcount, Bench rotation, Utilization%, Unbilled, overdue for Business reporting

.Working with Delivery managers on margin improvement plan which includes identifying opportunity for rate card increase, HC optimization, Band optimization, SubCon conversion

.Contractual compliance of financial terms like Volume Discount, TP vendor Cost provisions

.Supporting pricing and pre-sales team with intelligence on cost, bill rate, utilization of existing project to prepare winning quotation for active RFP
