**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products/services.
- Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information.
- Use effective communication to close sales and build strong relationships.
- Leverage WhatsApp marketing tools to reach targeted audiences and engage with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, feedback, and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine marketing campaigns based on customer responses.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing and digital marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service/sales role.
- Experience with WhatsApp marketing tools and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle customer objections and provide solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles.
- Familiarity with customer segmentation and targeting.
