**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, attending calls, and handling inquiries.
- Maintain visitor and employee records accurately in the logbook or digital system.
- Handle correspondence, incoming and outgoing mail, and courier services.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room management.
- Coordinate with various departments for smooth communication and support.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and professional reception area at all times.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Assist HR and Admin teams during events, guest visits, and student interactions.
**Desired Skills & Competencies**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and the local language.
- Pleasing personality, positive attitude, and professional etiquette.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Prior experience in educational institutions or corporate offices preferred.
