**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services (AWS, Azure)
- Oversee system administration tasks across various operating systems (Windows, Linux, UNIX)
- Implement and manage RAID controllers for data redundancy and performance
- Design and maintain system architecture to support service-oriented architecture (SOA) and microservices
- Develop solutions using Pegasystems and ensure compatibility with existing systems
- Monitor system performance and implement load balancing strategies to optimize resource utilization
- Ensure information security through effective firewall management, VPN setup, and regular security audits
- Collaborate with development teams on CI/CD processes using tools like Jenkins and Git
- Troubleshoot issues related to computer networking, DHCP, DNS, and APIs
- Create scripts for automation using Bash (Unix shell), Python, or Shell Scripting
- Document system designs, configurations, and procedures for future reference

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience in system administration and IT management
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and virtualization technologies (VMware, ESXi)
- Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience with RESTful APIs and service-oriented architecture principles
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes
- Proficient in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) for automation tasks
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as Kubernetes is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
