**Company Description**

Vankal Power LLP is a fast-growing company based in Ahmedabad, specializing in providing EPC services for Renewable Power Projects across India, with a focus on the states of Rajasthan & Gujarat.

**Role Description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, MOUs, deeds, and other legal documents.
- Ensure all land documents and TSRs (Title Search Reports) are accurate and up-to-date.
- Liaise with government officials and regulatory bodies to secure necessary approvals and permits.
- Provide legal advice and support to project teams on various legal matters related to land acquisition and development.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations specific to the renewable energy sector in Rajasthan.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in managing and resolving any legal disputes or issues that arise during project execution.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- Fresher or 1-2 years of experience as a Legal Executive or similar role, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Knowledge of land documents, TSRs, and drafting of legal documents specific to Rajasthan.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English for understanding and drafting contracts, deeds, and land records.
- Understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing renewable energy projects in Rajasthan.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
