**Responsibilities**:

- **Sale Deed Drafting and Review**:

- Prepare, review, and amend sale deeds, ensuring legal accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for drafting comprehensive sale deeds.
- **Land Revenue Matters**:

- Handle land revenue matters, including but not limited to land title investigations, property tax assessments, and land use regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in land revenue laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- **Legal Research**:

- Conduct legal research to support decision-making processes and provide guidance on sale deed execution and land revenue issues.
- Analyze and interpret legal documents, statutes, and case law related to property transactions.
- **Documentation and Filing**:

- Maintain accurate and organized documentation related to sale deeds, land revenue matters, and other legal transactions.
- Ensure timely filing of legal documents and adherence to record-keeping protocols.
- **Coordination with Stakeholders**:

- Communicate effectively with internal teams, external legal counsel, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal issues and provide timely legal advice.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
