Roles & Responsibility
- Both Post.

**MIS (Management Information System) Responsibilities**:

- Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments to prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and dashboards to track operational performance.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry and reporting.
- Generate ad hoc reports as requested by management or operations teams.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Identify trends and discrepancies in data, and escalate for resolution.
- Automate report generation processes where possible using Excel macros, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Support management in decision-making through relevant data insights.

**Billing Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and generate client invoices based on agreed billing cycles and contractual terms.
- Verify billing data against supporting documents like GRNs, delivery notes, or service logs.
- Ensure accuracy in billing calculations including taxes, discounts, and rates.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all invoices and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for reconciliation and payment status.
- Handle client queries and discrepancies related to billing and resolve them promptly.
- Track aging reports and follow up for outstanding payments.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of financial and operational data.
- Support audits by providing relevant reports and documentation.
- Continuously review and improve MIS and billing processes for better efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as operations, accounts, and customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
