Zenith Infra Solutions is a Construction services company dealing with Real Estate clients for over 15 years. We are in the process of expanding our services. We are currently looking for an Office Assistant with 2-3 years experience.

**Education** - Any Graduate

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

**Work Hours**:10am to 7pm Monday to Saturday
- Handling calls and delivering messages
- Help maintain files to keep track of important documents, organise travel arrangements, manage supply inventory and perform data entry as required
- Prepared daily / weekly reports for the partners as required.
- Maintain daily cash flow/ office expenditure.
- Record all outgoing/ incoming transactions in a timely manner.
- Handling all communication with the bank staff as required.
- A minimum graduation is required.
- Should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as an Office Assistant/ Office Administrator.
- Knowledge of Tally is mandatory
- Should have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Should be well versed in English,. Hindi and Bengali language.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
