As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented QA Automation Tester to join our team and ensure the quality and efficiency of our telecom software products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools/frameworks such as Robot Framework, PyTest, etc.
- Execute automated tests and analyze test results to identify defects, performance bottlenecks, and areas for optimization.
- Work closely with developers and system architects to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution of defects and performance issues.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the automation testing process to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices in telecom software testing and automation.
- SHould have handled both web and app testing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Shell scripting.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools/frameworks such as Robot Framework, PyTest, Selenium, etc.
- Solid understanding of telecom protocols, standards, and technologies (e.g., SIP, VoIP, LTE, 5G, IMS, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
