- **QA - Tester**

**Job Duties**:

- QA / Test Lead will establish metrics, mentors team members and manages test resources, as well as assist in developing test programs.
- Interact with development teams to influence and coordinate the implementation of quality practices and procedures and gather pertinent information to build (or oversee the building of) test cases and plans that will ensure all software developments meets the design specifications, company standards, and end
- user/product requirements.
- Experience in building automated testing practices as well as performance & load testing practices wherein the key goal is to cut down the test execution time for each iteration.

**Technical Skills Required**:

- Well versed with all phases of Software Test Life Cycle (STLC).
- Hands on experience with test environment preparation and test case execution.
- Defect reporting.
- Identification of automatable test scenarios.
- Experience with functional automation tools like Selenium (desirable).
- Test summary report preparation.
- Streamline processes across all programs and define quality gates across SDLC.
- Work closely with the development team for fixing the defects.
- Experience working with jQuery, Struts, JSON, Angular and Java script.
- Monitor, handle and complete all testing activities which includes review of test cases and test conditions, walkthrough of test cases with Client/Customer up to sign off.
- Ability to lead team of test and sr. test engineers and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Managing the test deliverables & point of contact for offshore.
- Improve test quality and effectiveness by working with development and program management to prevent problems and to make the product more testable.
- Expertise with testing tools and methods to perform user acceptance testing.
- Extensive experience with the definition and implementation of automated testing framework and processes.
