**Job Summary**:
The Placement Executive at our training institute plays a crucial role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with companies, facilitating student job placements to enhance students' employability.

This position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively bridge the gap between students and the corporate world, ensuring successful job opportunities and skill development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with various companies to establish and strengthen partnerships for student job placements.
- Identify suitable job opportunities for students, aligning their skills and preferences with available positions.
- Design and organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance students' skills and make them job-ready.
- Assist students in creating effective resumes and preparing for interviews to increase their chances of selection.
- Build and maintain relationships with alumni, industry professionals, and placement agencies to broaden placement opportunities.
- Provide guidance to students on career options, job search strategies, and interview techniques.
- Plan and coordinate placement drives and recruitment events with companies on and off-campus.
- Gather feedback from recruiters and students to continuously improve the placement process and training quality.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

2. 2 +years of Proven experience in recruitment, placement, or human resources, preferably in an educational setting.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, industry professionals, and companies.

4. Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, placements, and training programs simultaneously.

5. Familiarity with job market trends, industry requirements, and skill development techniques.

6. Proficiency in using job portals, networking platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Job Location: Borivali**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
