**Job Description**:
- Preparation & Presentation of Financial statements in IGAAP and IND As formats
- Consolidation of Financial Statements of Co and its Subsidiaries.
- Segment Reporting, Cashflow Statement, MIS.
- Assistance in finalization of Financial Statements of Subsidiaries.
- Ledger scrutiny
- MIS reporting
- Ensure Statutory compliances of the accounting reporting
- Ensure Tax Compliance and assisting Tax department
- Liaison and resolving queries of Internal and Statutory Auditors.
- Data requirement analysis from Auditors and collection of data from various dept.
- Assisting in implementation of IND As accounting softwares
- Preparation of Reclassification and Adjustment entries required under Ind-AS for Performa financial statements
- Computation of ECL provision, EIR, etc. for Performa financials
- Variance Analysis of Non-Interest Income and Other Operating Expenses.
- Quarterly/Yearly Profitability analysis with Budgeted.
- Preparation of Board Notes to appraise Top Management.
- Liaisoning with different departments for collecting information for Preparation of Financial statements
