**Job Purpose**
- Analytics Support to Marketing Team
- Performance dash boarding & Insight Sharing with Circle Leadership Team
- Lead the MIS team of Marketing

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Daily KPI Dashboarding & trend Analysis
- Critical MIS generation & Marketing Reporting
- Product Analysis
- SPOC for circle MIS to be shared with Zones
- Collation of Information from cross functional teams
- Interaction with the Corporate team
- Data Base Management
- Work on various Predictive Models to design campaigns with Product team
- Culling out promotional base for various campaign
- Ensuring correct input is fed in the system for accurate reporting

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
- Hands on Experience of SQL, MS ACCESS, Excel
- Ability to do number crunching
- Dig Deep into data base & work on multiple data sources
- Throw Insights basis trends & analytics
- KPI Tracking & MIS
- Work with Cross functional teams to assimilate data points & dashboading
- Automate daily delivery reports for management reporting
- Team Player, should be able to work in a complicated environment & with a problem solving approach

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- Graduate / Post Graduate with certification in software development / MCA/BCA
- Excellent Understanding of SQL, MS Access & other reporting tools
