Convening and providing administration for annual general meetings (AGMs): for example, producing agendas, taking minutes, conveying decisions and handling meeting correspondence. providing legal, financial and/or strategic advice during and outside of meetings.Maintenance the company's books of accounts, auditing the company's tax returns, advising the board of directors relating to the legal and financial risks of the company and ensuring that the company complies with statutory regulations.
**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
