**1.** **Lead Engagement and Communication**:

- Conduct in-depth discussions with leads to comprehend their business objectives and challenges
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of our services in the most effective manner to convert online leads into business.

**2.** **Appointment Setting**:

- Work towards scheduling Zoom calls or face-to-face meetings by leveraging Interactions & WhatsApp Follow ups.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to facilitate seamless transitions for further business discussions.

**3.** **CRM Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions across different communication channels in the CRM system.
- Ensure that the CRM system serves as a comprehensive repository of client information, including WhatsApp communications.

**4.** **Follow-Up and Relationship Building**:

- Implement a systematic follow-up process across all channels to nurture leads and maintain engagement.
- Build & sustain positive relationships with potential clients through consistent communication.

**5.** **LinkedIn Outreach**:

- Utilize LinkedIn to connect with and engage potential clients.
- Share relevant content, initiate conversations, and build a network of connections within the target market.
- Leverage LinkedIn messaging for personalized communication and relationship building.

**6.** **WhatsApp API Marketing**:

- Implement WhatsApp API marketing strategies to reach potential clients.
- Send targeted messages highlighting the key benefits of our Social Media Marketing services.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
