**Role In brief**: Generating sales of Valves from Builders and Contractors.
Reporting to MD.
**Experience**: Ideally 4 to 8 years.
- **Location: For Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Surat, Mumbai & Pune.**
**Job responsibility**:
- **Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company's sales targets in the assigned area or territory.**:
- **Analyze the market and identify potential customers, opportunities, and challenges in the assigned area,**:
- **Keep abreast of all the products and competitors & make product presentations.**:
- **Make projects visits to Developers / Builders.**:
- **Establish, maintain, and expand customer base.**:
- **Maintain and increase sales of company’s products (Valves)**:
- **Increase business opportunities through various routes to market.**:
- **Build and manage a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, coaching, and motivating sales representatives.**:
- **Conduct sales training sessions, workshops, and coach programs to enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of the sales team.**:
- **Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to forecast sales targets and identify growth opportunities.**:
- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales strategies and ensure effective communication and support.**:
- **Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements in all sales activities.**

**Education: Any graduate (with experience of selling technical products). Weightage for B.E (Mechanical/Civil), BSc and diploma engineers.**
**Ideally must have his/her own vehicle for field visits and company will provide the petrol allowance. Due weightage is given for exposure of new product launch or setting up new sales territories.**
