About Us:
Payroll Cloud is a dynamic start-up specializing in IT services and consulting, with a focus on HR, payroll and ERP implementation using Oracle technologies. We pride ourselves on delivering innovative solutions to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Agile development team and drive the successful implementation of Scrum principles.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate and lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

2. Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

3. Remove impediments and obstacles to the team's progress.

4. Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and principles.

5. Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

Qualifications:

- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar certification.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and empowered team culture.

Skills and Competencies:

- Proficiency in Agile project management tools.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Additional Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe, PMI-ACP).
- Experience with Scrum in a scaled environment.
- Knowledge of software development processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
