Field Sales Executive (Particular Area)
**Position Overview**: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team and take charge of sales activities within a designated geographical area. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
**Responsibilities**:
Sales and Business Development: Actively prospect and generate leads to expand the customer base within the designated area. Conduct sales visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain positive and long-lasting relationships with existing customers. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the assigned area. Gather valuable insights to adapt sales strategies and achieve a competitive advantage.
Achieve Sales Targets: Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with the company's objectives. Regularly track sales performance and report progress to the sales manager.
Territory Management: Efficiently manage the assigned territory by organizing daily schedules, prioritizing leads, and maximizing time and resources to meet sales goals.
Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services. Articulate product features and benefits effectively to potential customers to drive sales.
Sales Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales-related documentation in the CRM system.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team, marketing team, and other departments to share market insights, coordinate promotional activities, and contribute to overall business growth.
**Requirements**:
Proven Experience: Minimum of [1 years] of experience in field sales, preferably in the [LUBRICANT OIL INDUSTRY].
