Key Responsibilities - Supervise and manage the workshop floor, ensuring that repairs and maintenance are

carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor the progress of repairs and maintenance to ensure that they are completed

within the specified 8 me frame.
- Ensure that all repairs and maintenance are carried out to the highest standard, with an

emphasis on quality control and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all work carried out on vehicles, including parts and labour

costs.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all health and safety

regulations.
- Liaoning with customers regarding their vehicles, providing updates on progress and

ensuring that any issues are resolved in a smelly manner.
- Manage and maintain inventory levels of parts and supplies, ensuring that the workshop
- is well-stocked and well-organised.
- Identify areas of improvement within the workshop, and implement changes where

necessary to improve efficiency and productivity
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Experience in a commercial vehicle dealership from Tata Motors. Strong technical knowledge of commercial vehicles and their systems.
- Excellent supervisory and 8 me management skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with
customers and stall at all levels. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively to resolve issues.
- Experience- 2 - 4 Years- Salary- 2 Lac 50 Thousand To 5 Lac P.A.- Industry- Sales & Marketing / Business Development/telecaller- Qualification- Other Bachelor Degree- Key Skills- Microsoft Office AutoCAD Supervision Shuttering Foreman Activities Staff Development Floor SupervisorAbout Company
