**Guest Service**
- Greet guests warmly, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
- Take orders from guests in a polite, efficient, and knowledgeable manner, and communicate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Ensure guests' needs are met during their dining experience, responding promptly to requests and ensuring satisfaction.

**Team Leadership & Coordination**
- Lead and oversee the service team during shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Ensure that waitstaff are attentive to guests’ needs, providing support and guidance as necessary.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are prepared and served according to guest specifications.

**Service Efficiency & Quality**
- Ensure that food and beverage orders are taken, processed, and served according to restaurant procedures, maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness.
- Monitor the quality and presentation of food and beverages before service to ensure they meet the restaurant’s standards.

**Operational Duties**
- Monitor guest flow and adjust seating as needed to ensure an even distribution of guests across the dining area.
- Handle cash and process guest payments accurately, including tips, invoices, and checks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the service station, tables, and dining area.

**Health, Safety & Compliance**
- Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are followed during service, including food safety and handling procedures.
- Adhere to all legal requirements, including responsible alcohol service and food handling.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
