**Job Description**:
We are looking for a skilled Quality Control Inspector and Dispatch Coordinator to oversee the quality assurance of milk and milk products at our Jaipur location. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, coordinating dispatch schedules, and ensuring accurate quantity handling.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct quality control inspections of incoming raw milk and outgoing milk products to ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Perform regular testing and analysis of milk samples using established protocols and equipment.
- Maintain detailed records of quality control data, test results, and inspection reports.
- Coordinate with production teams to address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with dispatch teams to schedule and oversee product shipments, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to manage stock availability and movement effectively.
- Implement and enforce food safety and hygiene standards across all operations related to milk handling and processing.
- Train and supervise junior quality control staff as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve quality control processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in quality control and dispatch coordination within the dairy or food processing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, food safety regulations, and laboratory testing methods.
- Experience with quality control tools and techniques, including sensory evaluation and microbial analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
