**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a polite, energetic, and customer-focused Waitress to join our hotel’s restaurant team. You will be responsible for delivering an excellent guest dining experience and maintaining high service standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- Present menus, provide information about specials, and answer guest questions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu and promotions.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Follow all hotel and restaurant policies related to health, hygiene, and safety.
- Assist in closing and opening duties including setting up tables, cleaning, and organizing.
- Upsell additional products when appropriate (e.g., desserts, beverages).

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of customer service and hospitality practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is a plus.
- Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management is an advantage (not mandatory).
