**Job Title: Waitress**

As a Mixologist/ Waitress, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service within our establishment. Your primary responsibilities will include taking food and beverage orders from patrons, accurately inputting orders into the Point of Sale (POS) system, and preparing and serving beverages. You will work closely with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to guests.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Taking Orders**: Greet guests warmly, take food and beverage orders, and provide menu recommendations if requested.

2. **POS Operation**: Accurately input orders into the POS system, ensuring correct pricing and special requests are noted.

3. **Beverage Preparation**: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including non-alcoholic drinks, according to standard recipes and guest preferences.

4. **Customer Service**: Provide attentive and friendly service to all guests, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.

5. **Maintaining Cleanliness**: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving and dining areas, including beverage stations, and equipment.

6. **Upselling**: Identify opportunities to upsell additional items or promotions to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.

7. **Knowledge of Products**: Stay informed about menu items, specials, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests and effectively answer any questions they may have.

8. **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with kitchen to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders.

9. **Compliance**: Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, as well as company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for order processing and handling transactions.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a busy, sometimes crowded environment.
