**Receptionist Duties**:

- Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a polite and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, redirect them to appropriate departments, or take messages.
- Manage the front desk and maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
- Handle inquiries from visitors and provide them with relevant information.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Maintain the reception area by ensuring it is tidy and organized at all times.
- Receive and sort incoming mails, packages, and deliveries.
- **Data Entry Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update data accurately into company databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
- Maintain, verify, and correct data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and adhere to company data privacy policies.
- Generate and prepare reports based on data input when required.
- Assist in administrative tasks, including file management and documentation.
- Ensure data is entered within the set deadlines and follow up with relevant departments if required.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Prepare and maintain records, reports, and other documents related to office operations.
- Assist with office supplies management, ordering, and inventory control.
- **Communication & Coordination**:

- Maintain communication with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and ensure all parties are informed of any changes.
- Handle correspondence and coordinate between departments effectively.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Minimum of 12th grade pass or any relevant degree.
- **Experience**: 1 to 3 years of work experience in receptionist duties and/or data entry roles.
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail for data entry tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi (knowledge of Punjabi is a plus).
- Professional appearance and good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational skills and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

**Working Hours**:

- Full-time, Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

**Additional Benefits**:
