**Job Title**: Admin - Purchase
**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹27,000 per month

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process purchase invoices and ensure accurate data entry in the system.
- Maintain records of purchase orders, vendor bills, and payment details.
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for order confirmations, deliveries, and payments.
- Assist in purchase order creation and follow-up on approvals.
- Maintain proper documentation of purchase transactions for audit and compliance.
- Work closely with accounts and finance teams for payment processing.
- Manage inventory records and track purchase requisitions.
- Handle general administrative tasks related to procurement.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in purchase administration, invoice processing, or procurement.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems (Tally, SAP, or other procurement software is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle financial records.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
