**Details**:
We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team and assist with the accurate and timely entry of data into our systems.

**Experience**: Fresher to 2 Years

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Enter data from various sources into our database or software systems accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness by verifying and reviewing information for errors or discrepancies.
- Verify the accuracy of data entries by comparing them with source documents or information and making corrections as needed.
- Organize and maintain electronic records, ensuring proper storage of documents.
- Generate reports and summaries based on data entries or database queries as requested by management or team members.
- Adhere to established data entry standards and guidelines to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in typing and data entry operations, with a typing speed of 40 WPM.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry software and tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
