Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our systems, ensuring the integrity and organization of information. This role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Input and update data into databases and ERP systems with precision.
  • Perform data entry tasks including typing, transcription, and order entry.
  • Organize and maintain files, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
  • Collect and verify data from various sources to ensure accuracy.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, including the use of pivot tables as needed.
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as filing and administrative support.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data entry or similar roles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using databases and ERP systems is essential.
  • Strong computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Excel and other office software.
  • Excellent typing speed with high accuracy in data entry tasks.
  • Basic math skills for data verification and analysis purposes.
  • Prior clerical or administrative experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
