**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter and maintain data in **ERP software**
- Ensure data integrity within the ERP system by regularly updating and verifying information related to inventory, sales, purchases, and other operational data.
- Create and manage **Excel spreadsheets** for reports, data analysis, and tracking.
- Ensure accuracy of the data entered into the system by cross-checking information and making necessary corrections.
- Generate various reports using **ERP** and **Excel**, assisting different departments with their data needs.
- Process incoming data requests and update records in a timely manner.
- Regularly back up data and maintain confidentiality in accordance with company policies.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth data exchange and accuracy.
- Perform general office tasks related to data entry, like filing, organizing digital files, and assisting other teams with ad-hoc requests.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in a data entry role with expertise in **ERP systems** and **Excel**.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring mínimal errors during data entry.
- Ability to work efficiently with large datasets and meet deadlines without compromising accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with different teams.
- Ability to resolve discrepancies and issues related to data entry independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,780.40 - ₹32,329.74 per month
