Job Role: Recruiter specialist

Location: Gurugram

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days WFO)

Experience: 5-7 years

**Key Accountabilities**:
Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy for Alco beverage, consumer goods, FMCG or manufacturing industry roles.

Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence related to FMCG talent acquisition, and provide recommendations to optimize recruitment strategies.

**Skills & Experience**:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5-7years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in the Alco beverage, consumer goods, FMCG or manufacturing industry.

In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessment techniques.

Strong understanding of the FMCG industry, including roles, skills, and market trends.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
