**Job**: Telesales Executive (Fresher)

**Day Shift**: 10 AM to 7 PM (Monday to Saturday)

We are looking for Customer Sales Executive for an domestic process with excellent English communication skills.

Responsibility:
Calling clients, handling customer complaints, and following up on clients

Managing and updating customer databases and Collecting and reporting on customer feedback

Respond to inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues

Requirement and Skills:
Fluent in English (additional language skills a plus), solving queries, customer support

and cold-calling

Lead generation, Tele-calling, and Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience & Salary:
Working Days/Timing:
Monday to Saturday (Sunday will be a holiday), 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM (IST).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹120,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
