- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Build and maintain a network of IT professionals to proactively fill future openings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to refine recruitment strategies.
- Assist in developing employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a tech-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the recruitment process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
