Join us on our journey to deliver an innovative connected worker experience and to empower 350 Million Industrial Front-Line Workers around the world with the ability to truly harness the power of connected worker experience by improving the working life of a front-line worker and the back-office employee.**: **The Role** **How You Will Make an Impact**: **Technical Excellence**: - Define and enforce coding standards, design principles, and best practices across MEAN stack, Kotlin, and Swift development projects. - Review and approve architectural designs, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. - Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards across the codebase. **Leadership & Mentorship**: - Serve as a technical mentor to developers and lead engineers, fostering skill development and innovation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology decisions with business goals. - Lead initiatives to continuously improve engineering processes and workflows. **System Design & Architecture**: - Architect and design end-to-end solutions for complex, enterprise-grade systems using MEAN stack, Kotlin, and Swift. - Ensure seamless integration of front-end, back-end, and mobile components. - Champion microservices architecture and cloud-native solutions for scalability and efficiency. **Quality Assurance & Performance**: - Establish and monitor metrics for code quality, performance, and maintainability. - Drive test automation and CI/CD implementation to ensure reliable and rapid delivery. - Collaborate with QA teams to establish robust testing strategies. **Innovation & Continuous Improvement**: - Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions. - Evaluate and integrate new tools, frameworks, and practices to enhance team productivity and product quality. **What You Bring to The Team**: **Experience**: - 12+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in MEAN stack, Kotlin, and Swift. - Proven track record of delivering high-quality, enterprise-grade software solutions. - Experience as a technical lead, architect, or principal engineer in cross-functional teams. **Technical Skills**: - Deep understanding of MEAN stack technologies (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js). - Strong experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). - Knowledge of test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with DevOps practices, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes). **Soft Skills**: - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to mentor and inspire engineering teams. **Preferred Qualifications**: - Experience with hybrid frameworks like React Native or Flutte
