Job Overview
Responsible for co-ordination and administration of key steps in the contracting process. Provides administrative support for the Contracts Team and Leadership Team as appropriate.;

Essential Functions
- Assist with the coordination, cross checking, tracking and storage of contracts, work orders and change orders for the department.
- Manage contract signature process.
- Completion of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) - products and milestones.
- Support the updating and maintenance of internal systems, databases, tracking tools.
- Arrange and schedule meetings and teleconferences for department.
- Creation of reports and analysis on contract and proposal data.
- Distribute all project contracts, budgets and master agreements within global guideline.
- Provide administrative and adhoc PA (Personal Assistant) support to Management and teams as required.
- Participate in departmental initiatives.
- Perform other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent High School Diploma/Certificate or educational equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
