Sales Representative

1. Business Development
- Identify potential doctors and healthcare professionals who could benefit from BharatMed's services.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through networking and other channels.
2. Relationship Management
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with doctors, healthcare facilities, and key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for doctors, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Establish trust and credibility with doctors through consistent communication.
3. Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand BharatMed's presence in the healthcare market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor services and offerings to meet the specific needs of doctors.
4. Sales and Negotiation
- Conduct sales presentations and pitches to doctors, effectively articulating the value proposition of BharatMed's services.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and policies.
- Close deals and achieve sales targets within specified timelines.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, market dynamics, and client feedback.
5. Training and Support
- Provide training and support to doctors and their staff on the use of BharatMed's services and platforms.
- Address any technical or operational issues promptly, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for doctors.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
