**What will you do?**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth across multiple social media channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to create and execute social media calendars, ideations, and campaigns that align with overall marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, as well as emerging technologies and platforms.
- Analyze social media metrics and use insights to optimize social media campaigns and drive ROI.
- Monitor and manage social media accounts, including posting, commenting, and engaging with followers.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to increase brand reach and engagement.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
- Create and present regular reports on social media performance to the management team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in social media management or related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Experience with social media advertising, including budget management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to optimize campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
